Qualifications

• One year of professional working experience (experience in training, safety, or education is a plus).

Responsibilities

• Program Development: Create and refine safety training strategies, manuals, and materials for student transportation.
• Hands-On Instruction: Lead onboarding for new hires and conduct ongoing safety seminars.
• Needs Analysis: Conduct surveys/interviews to identify training gaps and schedule accordingly.
• Data & Compliance: Maintain training records, monitor enrollment, and track program costs.
• Strategic Collaboration: Align training with operational needs in coordination with leadership and partners.
• Quality Control: Test and review instructional technology and materials for effectiveness and safety.
