Job summary

Cec Facilities Llc is seeking a Safety Training Manager to lead safety on active hyperscale data center projects. You will deliver in-house training, manage OSHA compliance, and oversee workforce certification across trades and subcontractors.

You will own the Health and Safety Plan, drive safety culture, supervise trainers, and coordinate with project management to integrate safety into all construction phases while maintaining rigorous recordkeeping.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of construction safety management experience, including hyperscale or mission-critical projects.
• Experience delivering in-house safety training and certifications across trades.
• Strong knowledge of 29 CFR 1926, 1910 and 1904, and NFPA 70E standards.

Responsibilities

• Own and administer the site Health and Safety Plan with OSHA compliance.
• Monitor safety performance metrics (TRIR, DART) and drive corrective actions.
• Investigate incidents and near-misses with root cause analysis and CAPA closure.
• Maintain OSHA records, SDS library, training matrix, and project safety documentation.
• Deliver on-site Smith System, forklift, AWP/MEWP, OSHA 10/30, First Aid, CPR courses.
