Job summary

Penske Logistics LLC is seeking an instructional designer to design, develop, implement, and maintain safety training materials, primarily eLearning content, for Penske Logistics drivers, warehouse staff, and leaders. The role involves collaborating with SMEs and updating content to meet regulatory standards and industry best practices.

You will create videos, quizzes, animations, and PowerPoint aids, and ensure content remains engaging, accurate, and accessible across a dispersed audience

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Education, Occupational Safety, or related field required.
  • Prefer 5 years experience creating eLearning content, preferably supporting safety-related topics.
  • Advanced computer skills including Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, Outlook and PowerPoint required.
  • Regular, predictable, full attendance is an essential function of the job.

Responsibilities

  • Design and develop interactive eLearning courses for dispersed audiences (drivers and warehouse workers).
  • Create multimedia content including videos, animations, quizzes, and simulations.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure content accuracy and relevancy.
  • Design content for drivers, warehouse associates, supervisors, managers, and safety professionals.
  • Ensure training content is updated and compliant with regulations and best practices.
