Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Instructional Technology, or Education is required.
• Master's degree preferred.
• ATD Master Instructional Designer certification preferred.
• Knowledge of Learning Technology Administration.
• Strong project management skills.
• At least 5 years of experience in learning and adult education.
• At least 3 years of experience in instructional design and leveraging existing and emerging learning technologies.
• Knowledge of Instructional Systems Design.
• Regular, predictable, attendance is an essential function of the job.
• Willingness to travel as necessary and complete Penske employment processes.

Responsibilities

• Manage timelines and deliverables across multiple projects and teams to ensure on-time delivery.
• Apply learner-centered design to conduct needs analyses and establish learning outcomes.
• Create compelling learning experiences across formats (print, multimedia, SCORM, video).
• Leverage state-of-the-art technology to develop high-quality content.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the manager.
