Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Collaborate with safety teams at ILN and non-ILN locations to promote environmental safety awareness. Observe operations, coach staff, report hazards, and ensure their resolution.
- Develop, implement, and oversee safety training programs across locations.
- Audit LGSTX facilities for compliance with safety and training standards.
Supervisory Responsibilities
Supervise the LGSTX LMS and safety program implementation at assigned locations.

Qualifications
Must perform duties satisfactorily. Requirements include:
- Associate degree or equivalent, or 3 years of relevant experience.
- Familiarity with safety/environmental issues, LMS, valid driver’s license.
- Preferred skills: Knowledge of OSHA, NFPA, NIOSH, ANSI, FAR, CFR 40 & 49, certifications like DOT HazMat and RCRA.

Physical & Work Environment
Must meet physical demands, including lifting up to 50 pounds, and tolerate outdoor conditions, mechanical hazards, noise, and airborne particles.
