Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

1. Collaborate with safety teams at ILN and non-ILN locations to promote environmental safety awareness. Observe operations, coach staff, report hazards, and ensure their resolution.
2. Develop, implement, and oversee safety training programs across locations.
3. Audit LGSTX facilities for compliance with safety and training standards.

Supervisory Responsibilities

Supervise the LGSTX LMS and safety program implementation at assigned locations.

Qualifications

Must perform duties satisfactorily. Requirements include:

• Associate degree or equivalent, or 3 years of relevant experience.
• Familiarity with safety/environmental issues, LMS, valid driver’s license.
• Preferred skills: Knowledge of OSHA, NFPA, NIOSH, ANSI, FAR, CFR 40 & 49, certifications like DOT HazMat and RCRA.
