Job description

We are seeking an experienced Autodesk CAD Trainer & Technical Support Specialist for a 12-month contract position.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Develop custom training materials and conduct training sessions for Autodesk software, focusing on Inventor, AutoCAD, and Vault.
2. Provide first-level technical support to CAD users, addressing inquiries and troubleshooting issues.
3. Assist with managing user accounts and performing routine system audits.
4. Collaborate with engineering staff to identify training needs and customize programs accordingly.
5. Maintain documentation of training activities, attendance, and trainee progress.
6. Stay updated with the latest Autodesk features and industry trends to enhance training content.

Minimum Qualifications:

• At least 5 years of experience using Autodesk applications, especially Inventor, AutoCAD, and Vault.
• Previous experience as a CAD Trainer or similar role is highly preferred.
• Strong communication, presentation, and organizational skills.
• Ability to adapt training methods for diverse audiences.
• Proficiency with training and presentation tools.
• Patience and enthusiasm for teaching CAD skills.
• Familiarity with WordPress is a plus.
