Job summary

Greenacres Foundation is seeking a collaborative Safety Coordinator to join the Safety and Security team. Reporting to the Safety and Security Manager, this role provides administrative, technical, and organizational support to promote a safe workplace and maintain OSHA compliance.

The ideal candidate will coordinate employee safety training, maintain documentation, support inspections and incident investigations, and assist with the development of safety programs, policies, and SOPs while

Qualifications

• 4+ years in a related field preferred.
• Excellent communication, training, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and safety management software.

Responsibilities

• Maintain OSHA-related records and documentation.
• Coordinate annual safety inspections.
• Manage employee training assignments through the LMS.
• Track required training and monitor completion status.
• Assist in developing and revising safety policies, procedures, and SOPs.
• Support OSHA reporting requirements and incident investigations.
• Coordinate department purchasing and budgeting documents.
• Answer inquiries and provide customer service to employees.
