Job summary

Air Centers of Florida is seeking a proactive Safety Coordinator to foster a culture of safety across our organization. You will collaborate with leadership to ensure regulatory compliance, develop training, and implement initiatives protecting our people across multiple locations.

The role involves coordinating safety programs, conducting inspections, and supporting incident investigations in office, warehouse, and field environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 2+ years in safety, risk management, operations, or related field.
• Working knowledge of OSHA regulations and workplace safety best practices.
• Ability to travel to branch locations for training, inspections, safety audits, etc.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and support company-wide safety policies, programs, and procedures.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA, MSHA, and other applicable regulations.
• Coordinate and deliver engaging safety training programs for employees.
• Perform routine job-site inspections to ensure safe work practices.
• Assist with incident investigations and corrective actions.
• Manage inventory of PPE and safety supplies.
• Coordinate vehicle inspections, repairs, and insurance-related activities.
• Support company-wide safety initiatives and continuous improvement efforts.
