Job summary

Omni One, based in Ohio, is seeking a motivated Trainer to support onboarding, safety and compliance training, workforce development, and leadership growth initiatives. You will design and deliver engaging training programs and collaborate with leaders and subject matter experts to ensure quality training.

You will facilitate new-hire orientation, track employee development, and support a culture of continuous learning across the organization.

Qualifications

• Experience in training, onboarding, workforce development, or instructional design preferred.
• Familiarity with adult learning principles and LMS.
• Strong presentation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Manufacturing or industrial training experience is a plus.
