MAU Associates in Tennessee is seeking a Trainer to provide departmental Safety and Training expertise for about 25 temporary associates. Safety is the number one priority, with coaching and compliance at the core of daily activities.
You will create and update training materials, produce training videos, conduct weekly safety reviews, and document activities in Bullhorn and Teams. The role includes coaching staff and helping implement policy changes with leadership.
The Trainer will be responsible for providing departmental Safety and Training expertise and support for approximately 25 temporary associates.

The working conditions and environments that are created by our customer's facilities both in administrative areas and manufacturing environments. Working conditions will typically be manufacturing or warehouse settings that may include process manufacturing equipment and heavy power industrial vehicles. Environments may vary from non-air conditioned (hot/cold) environments to GMP clean room required.
Occasional travel may be needed but limited to less than 25 miles per month
