Job summary

Stevens Transport INC. in Dallas seeks a Safety Fleet Supervisor to lead safety coaching for a long-haul driver fleet, partnering with Fleet Managers to reduce risk and ensure compliance with FMCSR/CSA.

You will review accidents to identify remediation, provide weather updates, arrange drug/alcohol screening, and produce regular safety reports, while staying organized under shifting priorities.

Responsibilities

• Responding to questions regarding policies, procedures, FMCSR/CSA interpretations.
• Providing weather updates to drivers and office associates.
• Setting up drug and alcohol screening as necessary.
• Regular and ad-hoc safety reporting.

Department:Safety Training & Risk ManagementJob Description:JOB SUMMARY: The Safety Fleet Supervisor is a front-line manager responsible for providing training direction and safety coaching to a fleet of long-haul drivers with the goal of reducing overall risk.
