The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all safety operations within our construction projects, ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal safety regulations.

Responsibilities

• Developing, implementing, and managing safety programs and protocols to ensure a safe working environment for all employees.
• Conducting regular site inspections and audits to identify potential hazards and ensure compliance with safety standards.
• Providing safety training and education for all team members, ensuring they are well-informed about potential risks and safety procedures.
• Investigating accidents and incidents to identify their causes and find ways to prevent them in the future.
• Collaborating with project managers and other team members to integrate safety measures into all aspects of our operations.
• Maintaining accurate records of all safety-related incidents and actions taken.
• Keeping abreast of new safety regulations and best practices, and updating our safety protocols accordingly.
• Liaising with regulatory bodies, ensuring all safety procedures and programs comply with local, state, and federal laws.
