We’re looking for a Health, Safety & Environmental (HSE) Specialist to join our Safety team in Texas. In this essential role, you’ll drive our commitment to jobsite safety, regulatory compliance, and a culture of continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement safety and environmental programs aligned with OSHA and local standards.
  • Conduct site inspections and safety audits to ensure best practices.
  • Lead incident investigations and implement corrective actions.
  • Deliver safety training, including PPE usage and hazard recognition.
  • Facilitate regular toolbox talks and emergency drills.
  • Maintain accurate safety documentation and reports.
  • Collaborate with field teams and management to promote a proactive safety culture.

Qualifications

  • 2–3 years’ experience in construction or electrical safety roles.
  • OSHA 10/30, Forklift, Crane or CHST certifications preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of OSHA, DOT, and state-specific regulations.
  • Excellent communication and training skills.
  • Valid driver’s license; regular travel to job sites required.
