At VCI Construction, as a Safety Analyst, you’ll be responsible for ensuring personnel compliance with company safety policies as well as local, state, and federal regulations. The position involves creating and maintaining a strong "Behavior Based" safety program through focused employee training, regular observations, and inspections in the field. The ability to multitask while managing complex schedules and administrative support is essential. The ideal candidate is resourceful, a good problem solver, and well-organized. Ensuring timely completion of workload is key to success in this role.

What you’ll do as a Safety Specialist
  • Monitor operations and job sites for regulatory compliance.
  • Ensure adherence to all safety policies and procedures.
  • Use electronic platforms to document safety observations.
  • Mentor field personnel on safety, health, and environmental issues.
  • Use safety manuals and related materials to stay informed on laws and regulations.
  • Maintain cleanliness and safety of company vehicle.
  • Ensure vehicle is stocked with necessary supplies.
  • Conduct inspections, identify hazards, and work on resolutions.
  • Complete vehicle inspections and safety checks timely and accurately.
  • Assist in accident investigations to determine root causes.

What you’ll need
  • At least 18 years old.

  • Complete required training.
  • Flexibility for working hours, including weekends, nights, holidays, and travel.
  • Field presence is essential.
  • Professionalism, self-motivation, problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to adapt quickly and learn new skills.

Education and Experience

Salary Range

$72,800 - $76,000 per year (D.O.E)
