Qualifications

• 3-4 years of experience in safety or moderation is essential.
• Fluent in Dutch (C1/C2) and English (B2) with cultural understanding.

Responsibilities

• Investigate user safety incidents and apply policy guidelines.
• Monitor live interactions and take action on guideline violations.
• Write daily reports on new trends observed on the app.

Challenges:

As a Trust & Safety specialist Dutch, you:

1. Develop subject matter expertise on online abuse
2. Investigate user safety incidents reports and apply internal policy guidelines and enforcement actions accordingly.
3. Escalate/Handle high risks escalations and apply critical thinking based on level of risk
4. Identify opportunities to improve our operational workflows and user policies
5. Report technical bugs
6. Monitor lives in real-time and take appropriate actions for user behavior that violates guidelines
7. Help and assist with training improvement and learning development
8. Escalate high risks situations and apply critical thinking based on level of risk
9. Communicate on new trends see on the app
10. Suggest ideas and projects to improve Yubo safety product
11. Write a daily report to raise any new trends seen on the app

Technical & Mindset Prerequisites

• Professional background:
• > 3-4 years of experience
• Must have: safety or moderation experience
• Nice to have: customer support experience
• Do reporting

• Specific knowledge:
• Required languages: Dutch => C1/C2 - English => B2
• Fluent in Netherlands culture
• Fluent in pop culture / genZ
• Understanding social networks
