SummaryCHS, Inc. has an exciting opportunity within our ag retail division supporting our Holdrege business unit. We are seeking an Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) Specialist to provide EHS support to operations Nebraska and Kansas. In this role, you will collaborate with operations leaders and team members to implement and maintain the EHS programs necessary to operate safely, efficiently and in compliance with applicable regulations, policies, and procedures.
The ideal candidate will be a self-motivated, detail-oriented, results-driven individual with a commitment to quality, accuracy, and the ability to organize and prioritize workloads to meet deadlines. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, and a strong commitment to interpersonal relationship building and team success are necessary.
Candidates will base out of a location within the Holdrege business unit.
ResponsibilitiesCHS offers a competitive total rewards package. Compensation includes base wage and, depending upon position, may include other earnings such as bonus, incentives and commissions. Actual pay offered will vary based on multiple factors which may include, without limitation, experience, education, training, specialized skills and certifications, minimum wage/salary requirements under local law.
