Job summary

Success Academy Charter Schools seeks a Program Manager, Safety & Security, to design and lead enterprise programs that strengthen emergency preparedness, security operations, and incident response across the network.

You will coordinate cross-functional initiatives with Technology, HR, Legal, and Operations, ensuring scalable, measurable programs with strong governance and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required and 4+ years in security leadership roles.
• Experience leading enterprise security programs with multiple stakeholders.
• Strong knowledge of GSOC, Command Center ops, and incident management.
• Experience with security tech like mass notification and access control.
• Proven ability to partner with vendors and drive KPI improvements.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; capable of briefing senior leaders.

Responsibilities

• Design and lead enterprise programs for emergency preparedness and security ops.
• Coordinate cross-functional projects with Technology, HR, Legal, and Ops.
• Support Command Center data integration and KPI/ SLA reporting.
• Oversee vendor management and continuous improvement efforts.
• Develop procedures to scale safety services across the network.
