Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 4+ years of security industry experience, including enterprise programs.
• Experience leading cross-functional programs with multiple stakeholders.
• Knowledge of GSOCs, Command Center operations, emergency preparedness, and incident management.
• Experience with security technologies such as incident management, mass notification, OSINT, access control, or video management.
• Strong communication and relationship management skills with senior leaders.

Responsibilities

• Design and lead enterprise programs strengthening emergency preparedness and security operations.
• Plan drills, tabletop exercises, and after-action reviews.
• Improve operating procedures and governance for Safety & Security services across the enterprise.
• Lead cross-functional projects with Technology, Schooling, Legal, Supply Chain, HR, Communications, Operations, and other teams.
• Support Command Center data integration and analytics, SLAs, and KPIs for safety operations.
• Coordinate enterprise response during significant incidents to ensure timely information and effective response.
• Explore improvements via technology, AI/automation, and new processes.
• Partner with vendors to implement capabilities for data visualization and automation in Safety & Security operations.
