Job summary

Success Academy Charter Schools in New York is seeking a Program Manager, Safety & Security, to design and lead enterprise safety programs, align technology and operations, and drive scalable, measurable improvements across the network.

You will report to the Director of Safety & Security, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and strengthen emergency preparedness, incident management, and data reporting in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 4+ years in security or mission-critical operations.
• Experience leading enterprise programs with multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Design and lead enterprise programs that strengthen emergency preparedness and security operations.
• Coordinate cross-functional projects with Technology, Legal, HR, Communications, and other teams.
• Support Command Center data integration and analytics to identify trends and improve KPIs.
• Lead and manage vendor relationships to improve capabilities and service levels.
