Job summary

United Integrated Services (UIS) is seeking a Safety Administrator to support daily project operations, coordinating safety compliance, maintaining documentation, and tracking on-site manpower. The role provides essential admin and reporting support to the safety and construction teams on complex semiconductor projects.

The position requires strong Smartsheet skills, document control, and effective communication with stakeholders across teams in an active job-site environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 3 years administrative experience.
• Construction safety knowledge is a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Create, manage, and update Smartsheet sheets, dashboards, automated workflows, and reports to support project tracking and visibility.
• Track site manpower and provide accurate and timely reporting.
• Manage safety material procurement, maintain inventory, and track related invoices, payment controls, and purchase orders.
• Maintain and update safety documentation, daily logs, training records, subcontractor compliance files, audit materials, and other project records.
• Prepare documentation for internal and external safety and quality audits, including reports, KPI dashboards, and safety metric summaries.
• Organize and maintain accurate project files, contact lists, distribution lists, and other administrative records.
• Prepare and distribute meeting minutes and develop professional presentations, spreadsheets, documents, flowcharts, and other project communication materials.
• Collaborate with safety teams to ensure full compliance with safety protocols and regulations while promoting a strong safety culture.
• Perform additional duties to support project, safety, and administrative operations.
