Job summary

United Integrated Services (UIS) is seeking a Contract Manager to serve as a strategic resource for subcontractor performance and contract management. The role focuses on identifying emerging risks, monitoring contractual actions, and supporting leadership across project management, construction, procurement, and legal to reduce risk and improve subcontractor processes.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree in a related field and 5+ years’ experience in construction contract management,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Business Administration, Engineering, Finance, Legal Studies, Supply Chain/Procurement, or related field is required.
• 5+ years of construction contract management or related experience is required.
• Experience with contract reviews, schedule/milestone monitoring, and change management is strongly preferred.
• Experience in semiconductor/advanced manufacturing or complex construction environments is highly preferred.
• English proficiency is required; Mandarin Chinese is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Establish and support subcontractor relationship and contract-management expectations.
• Attend key project and subcontractor meetings to identify emerging performance or contractual issues.
• Monitor subcontractor performance against schedules, milestones, and deliverables.
• Review reports, logs, and open actions to identify risks.
• Provide contract-management support for subcontractor issues and recommend action plans.
• Coordinate with Legal on contractual issues, claims, disputes, and interpretations.
• Maintain documentation supporting contract-management issues and potential disputes.
