Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science, or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a safety coordinator or similar role.
• Comprehensive knowledge of OSHA regulations and other safety standards.
• Certification in First Aid and CPR.

Responsibilities

• Plan health and safety program protocols
• Coordinate and lead safety training sessions for all employees
• Ensure compliance with OSHA, federal, state, and local laws
• Investigate accidents, incidents, and near misses
• Develop and maintain safety records and metrics
• Collaborate with HR on Workers’ Compensation data
• Monitor PPE availability and use
• Conduct safety inspections and audits across locations
