Moody's Safety Manager position is responsible for developing, implementing, and continuously improving safety programs, policies, and training across field and office operations. You will lead incident investigations, inspections, and regulatory compliance efforts to foster a proactive safety culture.

The role requires coordinating with project managers and leadership, supporting OSHA recordkeeping, and traveling to project sites as needed to maintain safety performance and client expectations.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in occupational safety and health, environmental health and safety, industrial hygiene, environmental science, engineering, risk management, or related field preferred.
• 5+ years of progressively responsible safety, environmental health and safety experience preferred.
• Experience with safety programs for environmental consulting, field services, construction, industrial operations preferred.
• Experience using safety compliance/prequalification platforms (ISNetworld, Veriforce, Avetta) required.
• Knowledge of OSHA standards and recordkeeping; DOT, MSHA, EPA experience preferred.
• Professional safety credentials (ASP, CSP, CHST, OHST, etc.) preferred.
• OSHA Outreach Trainer or SafeLand USA Instructor strongly preferred.

Aufgaben

• Develop, implement, and maintain safety programs and written plans.
• Lead safety training for employees, including orientation and site-specific topics.
• Conduct safety inspections, audits, and field visits to identify hazards and drive corrective actions.
• Investigate incidents, document findings, and assist with preventive actions.
• Manage OSHA recordkeeping, injuries, and client reporting requirements.
• Provide practical hazard controls and safety guidance to project teams.
