Job summary

ORR Protection is seeking a Safety Program Manager for the South Region to develop and lead safety programs across construction sites. You will partner with field operations and regional branches to enforce OSHA/NFPA standards while driving a strong safety culture.

You will oversee training, incident investigations, and compliance initiatives across multiple locations. The role requires collaboration with corporate safety leadership and site teams, with travel 20–30% and a hybrid work

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations and compliance requirements.
• Ability to conduct safety audits and implement corrective actions.
• Experience delivering safety training and managing incident investigations.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain region-wide safety programs and procedures.
• Inspect workplaces and practices for compliance with safety standards.
• Investigate incidents to determine root causes and prevent recurrence.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA, NFPA, and local regulations.
• Maintain safety documentation and SOPs.
• Partner with branch leadership to ensure safe work practices.
• Provide safety onboarding and ongoing training for staff.
• Coordinate required certifications and training across sites.
• Track safety metrics and report to leadership.
• Maintain OSHA logs and compliance documentation.
