Job summary

Amazon.com Services LLC is seeking a Workplace Health & Safety Specialist to lead safety initiatives at a Las Vegas site. You will drive data-driven safety programs, perform daily audits, and investigate incidents to prevent injuries.

You will train associates and partner with leadership to embed a proactive safety culture and best practices across operations. The role emphasizes risk assessment, continuous improvement, and strong collaboration with cross-functional teams to safeguard employees

Qualifications

• Knowledge of OSHA regulations (29 CFR 1910).
• Experience with safety audits, incident investigations and risk assessments.
• Ability to design and deliver engaging safety trainings.

Responsibilities

• Drive comprehensive safety programs with data-driven strategies and lead audits and investigations.
• Advise associates and leadership to promote a proactive safety culture and behavior changes.
