Gateway Church seeks a Safety Operations Lead to own safety technology across campuses and manage emergency readiness. The role oversees access control, cameras, alarms, dispatch, and mass notification systems within the GSOC, ensuring reliability and rapid response.

The position also leads emergency plans, drills, and after-action improvements, partnering with IT, facilities, and Training to keep plans aligned and operations compliant.

Qualifications

• Five+ years of security systems, emergency management, or related technical experience required.
• Level IV Texas Private Security License required upon hire.
• Bachelor's degree or certification in emergency management or security systems preferred.
• Experience in a church, multi-site, or large-venue environment preferred.

Responsabilités

• Owns Gateway's safety technology and systems from implementation and operate perspective (access control, cameras, alarms, dispatch, mass notification).
• Administers system configuration, user access, credentialing, and permissions across all campuses.
• Maintains and troubleshoots safety systems; coordinates repairs, upgrades, and installations with vendors.
