Job summary

HazTek is seeking an experienced Safety Manager near Santa Teresa, NM, to oversee safety operations on a commercial construction project and ensure OSHA compliance.

The role requires managing safety programs, conducting inspections, and overseeing subcontractors while promoting a culture of safety where every worker goes home safe. Local candidates with energy infrastructure exposure are preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years direct construction safety experience
• Current OSHA 30 Construction and First Aid, CPR, and AED certification
• Ability to work and commit to Sun-Sat schedule
• Advanced knowledge of construction safety standards
• Experience with data centers, mission-critical builds, and energy infrastructure
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficient Microsoft Office skills

Responsibilities
