HazTek Safety Management is seeking a Safety Manager for a Midland, TX data center construction project. You will oversee safety operations, ensure OSHA compliance, and foster a culture where every worker goes home safe.

This role requires directing daily safety meetings, investigations, and audits across all subcontractors and critical safety areas. Ideal candidates have 7+ years in construction safety, OSHA 510/500, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• 7+ years direct construction safety on data center or mission-critical builds.
• Owner's Representative experience preferred
• Degree in safety-related field preferred
• OSHA 510/500 a plus
• Advanced knowledge of construction safety standards
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
