Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• 5+ years as Safety Manager or related role.
• Extensive knowledge of OSHA, EPA, and DOT regulations.
• Experience maintaining OSHA 300 Log records.
• Experience in manufacturing or warehousing environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and oversee safety training programs for a diverse workplace.
• Provide safety training and proper use of safety equipment.
• Monitor and ensure compliance with OSHA, EPA, DOT and related regulations.
• Lead workers’ compensation processes and return-to-work programs.
• Investigate injuries and near misses and implement corrective actions.
• Prepare risk assessment reports and safety planning documents.
