Job summary

ArchKey Solutions LLC is seeking a Safety Manager to lead safety programs across regional project sites. This role involves developing ES&H policies, mentoring teams, and ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.

You will oversee DOT compliance, incident investigations, and safety training, while coordinating with management to mitigate risk and promote a culture of safety.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in safety, environmental health, construction safety management, or related field.
• 3–5 years in building and electrical construction.
• Knowledge of OSHA, MSHA, DOT, NFPA 70E safety rules and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive safety policies and procedures for regional projects.
• Lead and mentor project teams, subcontractors, and trade partners on health and safety.
• Conduct safety inspections and audits; address hazards and ensure regulatory compliance.
