Job summary

ArchKey Solutions, a leading provider of electrical, technologies and specialty systems, seeks a Safety Manager to oversee ES&H programs on regional projects. You will mentor teams, drive safety policies, and ensure compliance with OSHA, DOT, MSHA, NFPA 70E and customer requirements.

Based in Ashburn, VA, the role requires field leadership, incident investigations, training development, and active collaboration with management, subcontractors, and trade partners to foster a strong safety culture

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in safety, environmental health, construction safety management, or a related field.
• Minimum 3-5 years of work experience in building and electrical construction.
• In-depth knowledge of OSHA, MSHA, DOT, Worker’s Compensation, NFPA 70E safety rules and regulations.
• Excellent communication and training skills; strong written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Provides leadership and oversight of occupational safety management across regional projects.
• Develops and maintains ES&H policies and procedures in compliance with regulatory standards.
• Leads safety inspections, audits, and incident investigations; directs corrective actions.
• Delivers safety training and mentors project teams, subcontractors, and trades partners.
• Manages safety software systems and maintains thorough safety documentation.
