ArchKey Solutions LLC is seeking a Safety Manager to provide overarching safety leadership across regional electrical construction projects, based in Ashburn, VA or Sunbury, PA. The role involves developing ES&H policies, mentoring teams, and ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local safety guidelines.

The ideal candidate has a strong background in construction safety, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to risk mitigation. Travel to project sites is required.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in safety, environmental health, construction safety management, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of work experience in building and electrical construction.
• In-depth knowledge of OSHA, MSHA, DOT, Worker’s Compensation, NFPA 70E safety rules and regulations.
• Excellent computer, communication, and training skills; strong written and verbal communication.
• Basic project management experience and understanding of the project life cycle.
• Demonstrated ability to diagnose problems with critical thinking and drive timely solutions.
• Strong, professional teamwork with cross-functional collaboration.

Responsabilidades

• Creates and enforces safety policies and programs across projects to ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
• Directs safety strategy development, risk assessment, and incident prevention initiatives.
• Advices management on safety compliance and preventative actions; coaches staff on safety policies.
• Leads safety inspections, audits, and enforcement of uniform safety practices across sites.
• Oversees DOT regulatory compliance, driver safety, and related inspections; manages safety records and training.
• Uses EHS Insight and related systems to track incidents, trainings, and audits; analyzes data for leadership.
