Job summary

Rogers Electric seeks a Sr. Project Manager to lead project teams across electrical, data, and lighting deployments. You will define scope, timelines, and budget while maintaining strong client relationships and ensuring project success from planning through closeout.

Role requires a Bachelor’s degree or comparable experience, proven leadership, and proficiency with MS Office and project management tools. Onsite role with comprehensive benefits available.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 7+ years in construction, design, or project management.
• Demonstrated supervisory or people-management experience.
• Experience applying new management techniques to improve projects.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct oversight to Project Managers and field teams.
• Define project goals and create execution plans.
• Serve as primary client contact and manage expectations.
• Maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
• Coordinate administration and field activities to control schedule and budget.
• Identify and resolve issues; implement corrective actions.
• Represent the company in strategic project meetings.
• Oversee financials: contracts, invoicing, and cost controls.
• Mentor junior project staff and provide performance feedback.
• Perform additional duties to support project success.
