Sheakley Workforce Staffing in Lebanon, PA seeks a Construction Safety Manager for a 12-month, 1099 contractor role. You will oversee safety for 50-100 workers across multiple contractors, lead orientations, JSAs, toolbox talks, audits, and incident investigations on a large manufacturing expansion project.
The ideal candidate has OSHA 30 Construction Certification, 5+ years of field safety experience, and a strong knowledge of OSHA standards.

Compensation & Schedule
Pay Rate: $63/hr
Per Diem: No Per Diem | Client-Provided Lodging Available for Non-Local Candidates
Completion Bonus: $150/month
Pay Frequency: Weekly
Schedule: Monday-Friday | 6:00 AM - 4:00 PM
Additional Schedule Details: Saturdays as needed based on project schedule and construction demands.
