Job summary

Lowe's is seeking an Asset Protection & Safety Manager to lead safety programs, reduce loss, and promote customer and employee security across the store. The role requires supervising staff, coordinating investigations, and partnering with operations to maintain a safe, compliant environment.

The position may require occasional travel to meetings or trainings and to support nearby locations. A relevant degree and security certifications are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher OR HS diploma with 3 years of relevant work experience (retail/Asset Protection).
• Preferred qualifications include CJ, Safety, or Asset Protection related degrees or certs.
• Experience supervising employees and providing coaching, mentoring, and performance feedback.
• Experience conducting retail investigations and using security systems (CCTV/EAS).

Responsibilities

• Help store leadership ensure friendly, professional, timely service to customers.
• Monitor receiving, shipping, and selling patterns for the store.
• Champion initiatives and establish processes to improve safety, shrink, and security outcomes.
• Oversee programs to minimize loss and maintain a safe environment.
• Respond to incidents; coach and train associates; manage inventory to reduce shrink.
• Travel occasional for meetings, trainings, or to support neighboring stores.
