Colonial Group is seeking a Safety Supervisor to partner with local facility leaders to train, investigate, and manage safety programs that align with Lean manufacturing and a zero-injury goal. You will lead accident investigations, implement corrective actions, mentor new hires, coordinate training, and guide safety committees while supporting ISO certification efforts.

This role focuses on sustaining safe practices, maintaining metrics, and ensuring compliance with federal and state OSHA

Responsibilities

• Assesses and maintains safety protocols and Lean practices across workflows
• Leads local site safety/lean committees
• Manages injury reporting, investigations, and corrective actions
• Mentors employees with onboarding, training, certifications, and PPE processes
• Coordinates safety trainings, certifications, and safety-related audits
• Maintains OSHA/logs and safety metrics, and supports ISO certifications
