Job summary

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Health or Psychology, has OSHA knowledge, and is proficient in the MS Office Suite. You'll lead safety initiatives, mentor new employees, and work closely with facility leaders to ensure a safe working environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Health, Psychology or another related field.
• OSHA knowledge (30-hour general industry preferred).
• Strong knowledge of MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Excellent ability to relate well with others and foster a safety culture.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain safety programs and protocols.
• Investigate accidents and implement preventative actions.
• Lead safety committees and coach team members.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
