We are seeking an experienced Safety Manager to lead and continuously improve HSE programs, implement site-wide safety strategies, drive environmental compliance, mentor safety

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of progressive safety leadership in manufacturing, industrial, or construction.
• Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations and EHS management systems.
• Professional certifications such as CSP, ASP, CHST, OHST, OSHA 30-Hour preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead, develop, and mentor site safety personnel to drive safety culture.
• Develop and maintain HSE policies aligned with OSHA and EPA requirements.
• Partner with plant leadership to set safety objectives and reduce risk.
• Direct incident investigations and corrective action plans.
• Oversee environmental programs including waste, air emissions, and reporting.
• Conduct safety and environmental audits to assess compliance.
• Provide safety training for employees and management.
