Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of safety management in manufacturing.
• Experience conducting safety audits, risk assessments, and incident investigations.
• Strong communication and reporting skills; ability to train leadership and staff.

Responsibilities

• Lead safety programs across all facilities; drive OSHA compliance.
• Investigate incidents, analyze data, and implement corrective actions.
• Partner with HR on safety training and orientation.
• Monitor permits, equipment, and regulatory compliance across sites.
• Develop and track employee safety training and records.
