You will drive safety programs, audits, investigations, and training, translating data into action while partnering with leaders and frontline associates to improve safety and productivity. Flexibility for day, night, and weekend shifts is required, with strong emphasis on emergency readiness.

Qualifications

• High school or equivalent required.
• 1 year in an EHS field or a bachelor’s in EHS-related background or 6 months Amazon safety experience.
• Knowledge of OSHA regulations specifically 29 CFR 1910.
• Experience using Microsoft Word and Excel in a professional capacity.
• Experience maintaining confidentiality in matters involving security and/or personal issues in the workplace.

Responsibilities

• Lead safety programs with data-driven strategies and daily safety audits.
• Conduct incident investigations and risk assessments; implement preventive solutions.
• Deliver safety training to associates and drive a proactive safety culture.
