PeopleLift in Dallas is seeking a Health & Safety Officer to lead safety efforts across multiple sites. You will develop and implement comprehensive H&S strategies, oversee compliance with regulations, and drive a culture of safety through training and leadership.

Key duties include incident investigations, RAMS/LMRA, Evotix system management, and coordination with safety suppliers. Travel between project sites may be required to sustain safety excellence.

Qualificações

• Proven experience as Health & Safety Officer or similar role.
• Hands-on incident investigation and corrective action experience.
• Strong training delivery and safety culture development background.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and implement comprehensive H&S strategies across Client sites and projects.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards through RAMS/LMRA and certifications.
• Lead safety training programs, inductions and Toolbox Talks; maintain certification registries.
