Job summary

PeopleLift is seeking a hands-on safety leader to own health and safety across multiple active job sites in the Pryor/Tulsa area, delivering a modern digital safety program with real authority and strong leadership support.

You will build and run the safety program, lead risk assessments and investigations, deliver orientations and training, manage incident reporting, and coordinate PPE and safety equipment across sites, fostering a culture where everyone owns safety.

Qualifications

• OSHA 30 required; CHST/ASP/CSP or equivalent credential preferred.
• Hands-on incident investigation and corrective action experience.
• Strong training delivery and safety-culture-building with field crews.
• Experience with Evotix or similar safety software.

Responsibilities

• Build and run the health and safety program across all client sites and projects.
• Lead risk assessments, job hazard analyses and pre-task planning to ensure OSHA compliance.
• Deliver new-hire safety orientations, toolbox talks and safety training; maintain records.
• Lead incident reporting, investigations and root-cause analysis; drive corrective actions to closure.
• Serve as first aid/CPR responder and lead emergency response planning.
• Roll out and manage Evotix for incident reporting, safety observations and analytics.
• Coordinate with suppliers to ensure the right PPE and safety equipment at each site.
• Coach supervisors and crews to build a culture where everyone owns safety.
