PeopleLift is seeking an experienced Health and Safety Officer to champion workplace safety across multiple projects and sites. The role focuses on developing and executing safety strategies, ensuring compliance, leading training, and managing incident response to protect team members.

You will oversee Evotix usage, conduct risk assessments, and drive a proactive safety culture while collaborating with project teams and suppliers to maintain high safety and quality standards.

Formación

• Proven Health & Safety Officer experience.
• Hands-on incident investigation and corrective actions.
• Strong training delivery and safety culture development.
• Ability to travel between project sites as needed.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and implement H&S strategies across all sites and projects.
• Conduct RAMS/LMRA risk assessments and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Lead health and safety training programs, inductions, and Toolbox Talks.
• Manage incident reporting, investigations, and corrective actions.
• Oversee Evotix for incident reporting, observations, analytics and training.
• Coordinate with safety suppliers to ensure proper equipment on sites.
