Atkore is seeking a Safety Lead for our Kokomo, IN facility to support training, inspections, and EHS compliance. You will report to the Quality Control Supervisor and help generate health and safety assessment reports while assisting in policy implementation.
The role requires 3–5 years in manufacturing with preferred experience in environmental, health, and safety programs; strong communication, organization, and cross-department collaboration are essential.

Reporting to the Quality Control Supervisor, this person will be responsible for assisting in training employees on safety policies and practices, conducting regular inspections, generating health and safety assessment reports, and supporting compliance for all EHS guidelines and regulations.
The ideal candidate will have Minimum of 3-5 years of experience working in a manufacturing environment. Additional experience in environmental, health, and safety preferred.

As of the date of this posting, a good faith estimate of the current pay for this position is $27.97 to $34.18. Placement in the range depends on several factors including, but not limited to, specific competencies, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, relevant experience, skills, seniority, performance, shift, travel requirements, and business or organizational needs and may change over time. Other compensation may include, but not limited to, overtime, shift differentials, bonuses, commissions, stock, and other incentives.
