Carey Services, Inc is seeking a Health & Safety Coordinator/Kitchen Supervisor for the Early Head Start program. The role oversees all health and safety service areas and the day-to-day kitchen operations across two counties, supervising staff to maintain compliance and safety standards.

The ideal candidate will coordinate with program leadership, engage families and community partners, and deliver developmentally appropriate activities for very young children.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in health services or related field is required.
• Strong leadership and staff coaching skills are needed.
• Ability to ensure safety, health, and regulatory compliance.
• Excellent communication with families, staff, and partners.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee all aspects of the Child Health and Safety Specialist Service Areas for the EHS program.
• Manage day-to-day operations of the Early Head Start kitchens in both counties and supervise related staff.
• Develop collaborative partnerships with the community to support program goals and provide developmentally appropriate activities.
