Job summary

Ford's Sustainability, Environment & Safety group seeks a capable program-management professional to support Critical Concern Review Group investigations. The role involves tracking timelines, coordinating meetings, and preparing formal documentation to meet regulatory standards.

You'll coordinate cross-functional teams across Product Development, Manufacturing, Customer Service, and suppliers, ensuring timely data gathering and accurate reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, business administration, program/project management or related field preferred.
• PMP, CAPM or similar certification is a plus.
• Experience supporting regulatory investigations and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Track investigation timelines, action items, and deliverables.
• Schedule and facilitate investigation meetings.
• Prepare presentations, reports, and documentation per retention guidelines.
• Support regulatory documentation submissions as needed.
• Coordinate demonstrations for technical and non-technical audiences.
• Maintain lessons-learned repository and feed insights into improvements.
• Use project tools to monitor investigations and flag risks.
