KODIAK Construction Recruiting & Staffing is seeking an entry-level Safety Inspector to gain hands-on safety experience on a data center project. Work alongside experienced field teams, help protect the workforce, and build a foundation for a long-term career in construction safety.

This role supports daily site safety tasks, including inspections, hazard identification, PPE checks, and documentation, with weekly pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of construction or safety experience preferred.

• Strong attention to detail and communication skills.

You will support daily jobsite safety efforts on a data center construction project by assisting with inspections, identifying basic hazards, and helping maintain compliance with OSHA and company safety standards. What You Will Do:
