Job summary

DSJ Global is seeking an experienced Safety & Health Manager to lead site-wide EHS initiatives and foster a proactive safety culture at our Borger, TX facility. You will partner with operations leadership to ensure OSHA compliance, drive continuous improvement, and integrate safety into daily operations.

The role requires 5–7 years of manufacturing EHS experience, strong regulatory knowledge, and the ability to lead training programs and investigations.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of EHS experience in manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations and safety systems.
• Experience leading training programs and engaging staff.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Environmental Health & Safety or related field.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage site health and safety programs, policies, and procedures.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations and corporate standards at the site.
• Plan, coordinate, and conduct safety audits, inspections, and assessments.
• Develop and deliver safety training programs and promote engagement.
• Lead incident investigations and root cause analyses.
• Conduct risk assessments and ergonomic evaluations.
• Monitor safety performance metrics and report to leadership.
• Maintain EHS documentation and reporting systems.
• Collaborate with production, maintenance, engineering and leadership to integrate safety.
• Drive continuous improvement to reduce injuries and improve compliance.
• Support emergency planning and employee wellness initiatives.
