Job summary

Judge Direct Placement is seeking an EHS Manager in the Lubbock, TX area to lead all Environmental, Health & Safety programs for the facility. You will develop, implement, and continuously improve policies, training, and initiatives to meet regulatory and business needs.

You will serve as the site expert on regulatory requirements, risk reduction, audits, and incident investigations, driving corrective actions and a strong safety culture with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Occupational Safety, Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years in environmental, health, and safety, preferably in manufacturing or food processing.
• Previous supervisory experience and EHS certifications (OSHA 30, ASP, CSP, CHMM) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all EHS systems and programs for the facility.
• Develop, implement, and continuously improve EHS policies, training, and initiatives.
• Serve as site SME for regulatory requirements and risk reduction.
• Audit documentation, records, and programs for compliance.
• Oversee inspections, corrective actions, and incident investigations.
• Coordinate Workers' Comp, safety, and environmental activities.
