Job summary

DSJ Global is seeking an experienced EHS Manager for a Food & Beverage manufacturer in Arkansas City, KS. You will lead environmental, health, and safety programs, ensure OSHA/EPA compliance, and drive continuous improvement across site operations.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's in Environmental Science or related field, 8+ years in manufacturing EHS, and CSP/CIH/CHMM certifications (preferred). You will partner with Operations, Engineering, HR, and Quality to embed safety into daily

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a field related to EHS or environment.
8+ years of EHS experience in manufacturing with leadership.
Strong knowledge of OSHA, EPA, NFPA, ISO 14001/45001.

Responsibilities

Develop, implement, and maintain EHS programs in compliance with OSHA and EPA.
Lead EHS audits, inspections, and risk assessments with corrective actions.
Oversee incident investigations, root cause analysis, and reporting.
Deliver EHS training to employees and leadership teams.
Monitor EHS metrics to support decisions and improvements.
Manage emergency preparedness, response programs, and drills.
Embed safety into daily operations with cross-functional partnerships.
Support environmental compliance, hazardous waste management, and sustainability.
Mentor EHS personnel where applicable.
